EKOPRODUR 3050W2 is an aqueous, two-component system for producing a polyurethane foam on a periodic (non-continuous) production line. The unique parameters make the system suitable for thermal insulation of boilers, water heaters, heat exchangers and tanks. The system can be processed with the usage of both low- and high-pressure foaming machines. A characteristic feature of this product is the density of the foam in the finished product, which should be not less than 44 kg/m³ and not more than 50 kg/m3.
The system includes a polyol part (component A) and isocyanate part (component B). Each of the components is a viscous liquid of different parameters. Component A has a high viscosity and dark colour, while component B has a high density and is light brown. Recommended weight ratio of the components, which guarantees stable parameters is 100:150.
Additionally, the system ensures decreased emissions of VOC (volatile organic compounds), as it does not contain foaming agents significantly depleting the ozone layer, which is pursuant to EU Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009 of 16 September 2009. As a result of the accurate mechanical mixing of the two components, a rigid (hard) foam with closed-cell structure is obtained. The product has a Hygienic Certificate issued by the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH).

Flammability class: B3
Closed cell content: ≥ 95%
Operational temperature: -30 ÷ 110°C
Ambient temperature: 18 ÷ 25°C
Optimum temperature of cladding/moulds: 35 ÷ 45°C
 Testing carried out in accordance with PN-EN 12667:2002.
