Rokopol® LDB2000D is a diol, propoxylated propylene glycol used for production of adhesives and other polyurethane materials in reaction with isocyanate. It exists in the form of homogeneous, clear liquid.It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It retains dynamic viscosity within the range of 280-400 mPas at temp. 25°C, with functionality f~2 and high hydroxyl value of 53-59 mgKOH/g.
Rokopol® LDB2000D has low value of unsaturation as compared to Rokopol® D2002D
Rokopol® LDB2000D is used in adhesive applications, sealants, specialist one-component foams (OCF), prepolymers and elastomers. It has low value of unsaturation and low value of volatile organic compounds (VOC).
Main advantages of application of Rokopol® LDB2000D:
low value of unsaturation and low content of water and sodium and potassium ions,
very good adhesion to surfaces, elasticity and chemical resistance,
molecular weight 2000 g/mol ensures big freedom in designing solid polyurethane systems of various hardness, from flexible materials (Shora A) to hard ones (Shora D).
