Rokopol® M1160 is a polyether polyol, a block/statistical copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide based on glycerine. It exists in the form of liquid free of mechanical impurities, may be opalescent. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It is characterised by high purity and low emission. It has hydroxyl value within the range of 31-36 mgKOH/g, and dynamic viscosity within the range of 1250-1550 mPas at temp. 25°C.

Properties and applications
  • high purity and low emission,
  • possibility to obtain high resilience (HR) foams with very good parameters of density, elasticity, tear resistance and high comfort factor,
  • used in combination with polyol Rokopol® F3600 it reduces hardness of the standard foam or hyper soft foams,
  • used as comfortable material, widely applied in the furniture and automotive industries,
  • used for production of increased quality flexible foams, soft and hyper soft foams, gel foams, HR foams and viscoelastic foams,
  • used as a cell opener.
