Ekoprodur PM3039 is a three-component polyurethane system used for the production of floral foam. The system consists of a straw-colored Ekoprodur PM3039 polyol (the POLY component), a brown isocyanate (the ISO component) and a colorless stabilizer with increased viscosity. None of the components contain any suspensions.
A distinguishing feature of this system is the density of the foam in the finished product, approx. 30 kg/m3. In terms of processing, the product is quite versatile as it can be processed using both low- and high-pressure foaming machines. Materials based on this system maintain good parametric stability.
EKOPRODUR PM3039 has a Hygienic Certificate issued by the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH), which confirms that the product used according to the manufacturer’s instructions has no negative impact on health and the environment.

Possibility of obtaining a material with uniform density distribution due to good spreading properties, allowing for precise filling of the mold of the given element;
