EKOPROFLEX EL B001 is a three-component polyurethane system for the production of non-flammable high-resilience (HR) foam intended mainly for the railway industry. The system consists of four components: EKOPROFLEX EL B001 POLY (mixture of polyols and a flame retardant), EL3 ISO Component (isocyanate), EKOPROPOL 612 (polyol), EKOPROPOL 701 (flame retardant).
The system can be produced both by means of low- and high-pressure foaming machines. The product achieves its proper mechanical properties after 24 hours of seasoning.
Ekoproflex EL B001 does not contain foaming agents which contribute significantly to the depletion of the ozone layer. This is compliant with EU provisions on the marketing and use of controlled substances, according to Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009 dated 16 September 2009. Additionally, the product has the Hygienic Certificate No. HK/B/0511/01/2014 issued by the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH), which confirms that the product used according to the manufacturer’s instructions has no negative impact on health and the environment.
