EKOPRODUR WH4004 is a two-component polyurethane system based on HFO type foaming agent for production of rigid polyurethane foam on periodic line (discontinuous). The system can be used as a thermal insulation of boilers, water heaters, tanks, elements of pipes as well as other molded elements where the high-quality face and low heat transfer coefficient are required.
It can be processed with the use of a low- and high-pressure foaming machine.
Recommended density of the foam in a product is 40-55 kg/m3, depending on the application. This system is characterized by a reduced thermal conductivity coefficient, which allows for obtaining higher energy classes of final devices.
The system consists of a polyol part (POLY component) and isocyanate part (ISO component). Each of the components is a viscous liquid and is characterized by different parameters. The recommended weight ratio of both components, while ensuring the maintenance of the parameters is 100:120.
Moreover, the system is distinguished by decreased emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC), as it does not contain foaming agents, which significantly deplete the ozone layer – according to the regulations of the European Union (EC) no. 1005/2009 dated 16 September 2009.
As a result of combination and thorough mechanical mixing of both compounds, rigid (hard) foam of an closed-cell structure is created. The product has a hygienic certificate issued by PZH.

Thermal conductivity coefficient (λ): declared initial value is 0.020 W/(m·K)
Flammability class: B3
Closed cells content: ≥ 90%
Operation temperature: -30÷120°C (up to 140°C – up to 4 hours)
Ambient temperature: 18÷25°C
Optimal temperature of claddings/forms: 35÷45°C
 The test carried out in line with PN-EN 12667:2002 standard.
