EKOPRODUR WH1627 is intended for the production of boilers, water heaters as well as tanks on a periodic line.
It can be processed with the use of a low- or high-pressure foaming machine.
EKOPRODUR WH1627 consists of two components, i.e. component A, which is a formula polyol mixture (POLY component). The second component is ISO component, which is a dense mixture of aromatic polyisocyanates. Both components of the system do not contain suspensions.
Recommended foam density in a product in 36-48 kg/m3 (calculated as a ratio of the system weight in kg to the total volume of the mold in m3).
Main application advantages of the product:
Possibility of puring directly to the mold;
Possibility of the production of insulating material with even density distribution thanks to good flow properties allowing for thorough filling of the mold of the given element;
Production of the material based on rigid polyurethane foam with a wide application range;
Time of demolding of the foamed EKOPRODUR WH1627 system depends on the size of a fitting (element) and temperature of the mold. The foam achieves its full mechanical properties after 24-hour conditioning.
