Bath salt - magnesium chloride hexahydrate for regenerating and relaxing baths. Magnesium chloride has a very good solubility in water and is well absorbed through the skin, which stands for an additional source of magnesium for the body.

Directions for use:

Fill the bathtub with water at a temperature of 37-39 ℃ (enough to cover your entire body).
Pour 1 to 3 glasses (a glass is approx. 250 ml) of magnesium flakes.
Stir until dissolved.
A 20-minute bath will bring you the best results. Magnesium will have time to penetrate the skin without leading to overheating of the body.
After the bath, rinse your body thoroughly under running water.
It is recommended to take this type of bath 1-2 times a week during the training cycle or after increased physical or mental effort.
