Rokester® DP 1970.01 is a polymer from the group of aromatic polyester polyols. It exists in the form of a viscous liquid. It has a hydroxyl value within the range of 180-200 mg KOH/g and dynamic viscosity within the range of 3000-8000 mPas at temp. 25°C.

Rokester® DP 1970.01 is a raw material dedicated mainly to the production of PIR foam.

Properties and applications

Properties:

  • a polyol based on recycled PET plastic (with high content of recycled raw materials),
  • low viscosity product,
  • it increases the level of foam flame retardancy,
  • the product does not contain nonylphenol derivatives,
  • product not classified in accordance with the CLP/GHS Regulation,
  • safe product – not subject to ADR regulations.

 

Application:

  • sandwich panels,
  • PUR/PIR foams,
  • spray thermal and acoustic insulation.
