Rokopol® LDB Delta 12000 v2 is a specialized high-molecular-weight diol (PPG), produced by coordination polymerization using a DMC (dimethalocyanine catalyst). It is used for the production of silylated polyetherols. It exists in the form of homogeneous, clear liquid. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT).

It retains viscosity ca. 4000-8000 mPas at temp. 25°C with high functionality of f~2 and a hydroxyl value of 9-11 mgKOH/g.

Rokopol® LDB Delta 12000 v2 is used for the production of silylated polyetherols in adhesive applications (e.g.: STPE) and SMP, sealants and also in polyurethane applications for the production of polyurethane printing inks.It has a low unsaturation value, low metal ion content, low volatile organic matter (VOC) content and it exhibits high hydrophobicity.The Rokopol LDB Delta 12000 v2 polyol production process is a clean, virtually waste-free process. Main advantages of application of Rokopol® LDB Delta 12000 v2:

low value of unsaturation,

low content of metal ions,

low content of volatile organic compounds (VOC),

very good adhesion to surfaces, elasticity and chemical resistance,

high water repellency,

in plastics application they make it possible to significantly reduce the use of isocyanates or their practical elimination.
