Roteor M6 is a synthetic foam-forming agent designed to produce mechanical foams for extinguishing fires of A and B class. The product is a blue to green liquid. The lowest application temperature is -8°C. Roteor M6 is highly effective due to the presence of special high-foaming surfactants and foam stabilizers in its composition. These compounds generate extinguishing foam resistant to condensation and high temperatures.
The product is characterized by high durability of foam and resistance to fire recurrence. In addition, the composition includes special additives such as corrosion inhibitors and substances lowering the freezing point. Its additional advantage is its easy biodegradability and low toxicity to the aquatic environment.
Roteor M6 is designed to produce heavy extinguishing foam using tap water. It is used for extinguishing fires of class A (solids) and B (liquids which do not mix with water) in accordance with PN-EN 2:1998/A1:2006. It has extinguishing efficiency on the level III C for tap water in accordance with PN-EN 1568-3. Recommended concentration of extinguishing agent is 6%.
It can be mixed with similar synthetic foam-forming extinguishing agents immediately before use. To produce extinguishing foam from aqueous solutions of Roteor M6 the following equipment can be used: nozzles, foam guns, foam generators, generators, etc. The product is particularly recommended for fire brigades, forest services, chemical plants, factories, airports, refineries, etc.
