ROKAnol® O5 belongs to non-ionic surfactants from the group of ethoxylated fatty alcohols (INCI name: Oleth-5). The product is available in the form of a straw to light yellow liquid. The product is made from natural raw materials, which makes it highly biodegradable. Another advantage is the low content of free ethylene oxide and 1,4-dioxane.

Properties and applications

Product advantages:

  • easily biodegradable product,
  • complies with the biodegradability criteria set out in Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004 on detergents,
  • based on natural ingredients.
  • good dispersant and solubilizer,
  • O/W emulsifier,
  • improves rheological properties of washing preparations in the presence of anionic surfactants and electrolytes,
  • suitable for use in oxidising, reducing environments and hard water,
  • does not corrode metals.
