SyncoPol® SA430 is reactive amine/sorbitol polyol of medium viscosity and functionality of CAS number 52625-13-5 and 37208-53-0. This product has functionality of 3.84, high hydroxyl value ~ 490 mgKOH/g and medium viscosity in range 1,800 – 2,800 cPs. A multifunctional polyether polyol recommended for the production of rigid urethane foam to impart good dimensional stability whilst achieving good reactivity profile. Also suitable to use as a co-polyol with sucrose or polyester polyol to achieve improved compatibility with pentane, whilst maintaining its excellent insulation profile in both PUR/PIR System.
Products made based on SyncoPol SA 430 are of excellent quality. Based on the optimally developed manufacturing process this polyol is distinguished by very good parameters, not only in PUR systems.
Main application advantages of the product:
it is self-catalytic and highly reactivity resulting in improved formulation economics,
this product also suitable for both high and low density foams,
