EKOPRODUR 2032B3 / G is a two-component polyurethane system, designed for the production of rigid foam with self-extinguishing properties. The finished product is used for the production of insulation boards and panels (made in moulders) and heat-proof lagging that do not conduct heat or electricity.
The EKOPRODUR 2032B3 / G system consists of two components, i.e. component A, which is a polyol blend in the form of an oily, straw-coloured oil. The second component (B) is a mixture of aromatic polyisocyanates, which is a viscous liquid with a dark brown colour. Both system components do not contain any solid suspension. The distinguishing feature for this system is the foam density in the finished product, which should not be less than 45 kg / m3. In terms of processing, the product is quite versatile, as it can be processed both with low and high-pressure foaming machines. It is worth pointing out that materials based on this system retain good parametric stability and guarantee long service life, at temperatures up to 120 ° C.
Equally important is the fact that EKOPRODUR 2032B3 / G does not contain foaming agents that significantly deplete the ozone layer, according to the European Union regulations on the circulation and use of controlled substances in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009 of 16.IX.2009. In addition, the product has a Hygienic Certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH), which confirms that the product, when used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, does not adversely affect health and the environment.

It should be borne in mind that the method of mixing and pouring the system into the mould should ensure uniform filling in such a way that the density of cut core parts in the finished element is not less than 35 kg / m3. It should be noted that the time needed for separating the element from the mould depends on the size and the temperature of the mould. The foamed system obtains full mechanical properties after 24-hour seasoning.
