Rokopol® iCan 2770 is a polyether polyol used as an additive for production of one-component winter foams (OCF). It exists in the form of homogeneous, clear liquid. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It has hydroxyl value within the range of 150-170 mgKOH/g, and dynamic viscosity within the range of 200-350 mPas at temp. 25°C.
Rokopol® iCan 2770 is used as an additive for production of one-component winter foams (OCF). It causes noticeable reduction of dry touch time (dry face) and cutting of the foam. In selected formulations it increases foam efficiency.
Main features of Rokopol® iCan 2770:
possibility to manufacture one-component foams (OCF) of density within the range 10-30 kg/m3 and hardness within the range 10-45kPa,
maximum content in polyol blend (without additives) is 50 % of the mass,
allows obtaining very good dimensional stability of one-component foam (OCF) – contraction below 5%,
time of dry touch of the foam can be achieved after 2-5 min,
low content of sodium and potassium ions allows obtaining longer time of storage for one-component (OCF) foams,
post expansion of the foam is contained within the range of 20-350 %.
