EKOPRODUR S0330 is a polyurethane system consisting of: polyol part (component POLY) and isocyanate part (component IZO). Each of the ingredients is a liquid and has different parameters. Component A with a higher viscosity is dark, while component B with higher density is brown.The foam's excellent insulating properties were achieved through the use of, HFO, a fourth-generation foaming agent from the hydro-fluoroolefin group with a low GWP = 1 and zero ozone depletion potential ODP = 0.
As a result of the combination and thorough mechanical mixing of both components, rigid (hard) foam with a closed-cell structure is obtained. The system should only be processed using high-pressure foaming units equipped with a foaming head. This product is a unique system designed for the production of high quality thermal insulation, applied both inside and outside residential, commercial and industrial and agricultural buildings. The foamed system is characterised by increased flammability parameters (flammability class E) and physico-mechanical parameters that remain unchanged over time. The appropriate thickness of the insulation layer , which additionally is jointless, improves the energy efficiency of the entire insulated surface. In order to obtain the best insulation parameters, it is recommended that all insulation layers are made in one day. If the foam is exposed to direct UV radiation (sunlight), it should be properly protected.
EKOPRODUR S0330 was introduced for sale on the basis of the Regulation on construction products CPR No. 305/2011 together with the assessment of performance carried out by the Building Research Institute in accordance with the European harmonized standard PN-EN 14315-1. The product has a PZH hygienic certificate as well as CE marking confirmed by the Declaration of Performance issued for this product.
The EKOPRODUR S0330 system is used for the production of rigid (hard) foam, which is also a spray thermal insulation applied directly to the surface of the walls (inside and outside) and ceilings regardless of the building material from which it is made.
Main application advantages of the product:
Can be used directly on the surface made of the most commercially available construction materials;
External and internal thermal insulation with a wide application range (insulation of walls and ceilings in residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural buildings, both modernized and newly erected);
Lightweight insulation that ensures adjusting its thickness without overloading the building’s structure;
Jointless insulation without thermal bridges or air gaps responsible for heat loss;
The ability to isolate hard-to-reach places with full insulation tightness guarantee;
The speed of execution and versatile technique of applying insulation give the possibility of installing the entire insulation even in one day;
Thermal insulation with high resistance to moisture and wind protects the insulated object against mould and fungi;
Mechanical properties of polyurethane foam made with the EKOPRODUR S0329 system:

dN < 40 mm: 0,026 W/(m·K)
40 mm ≤ dN < 60 mm: 0,025 W/(m·K)
dN ≥ 60 mm: 0,024 W/(m·K)
High mechanical strength, compressive strength: σ10 ≥ 200 kPa
Coefficient of water vapor diffusion resistance: μ ≥ 60

Adhesion of the foam, perpendicular to the ground: ≥ 100 kPa
The content of closed cells: ≥ 90%
In order for the foam to keep its parameters, before starting work it is necessary to clean the insulated surface of dust, oil, loose fragments and other agents that may reduce the adhesion of foam. After spraying, allow a 24-hour seasoning period. In addition, it is important to protect the room and the immediate surroundings, mainly windows, doors and furniture to avoid accidental soiling.
