EUROPIR® SL are gradient panels for insulation of terraces and balconies as well as flat roofs. They are available as modular PIR panels without cladding, with a one- or two-way gradient and with dimensions of 1000 x 1000 mm and a thickness of up to 600 mm.
Gradient panels are used to shape thermal insulation to ensure effective drainage of water from terraces, balconies or roofs. They ensure the drainage of rainwater to appropriate location(s), such as gutters or roof drains.
EUROPIR® SL panels are custom-made according to the gradient parameters of the terrace, balcony or roof.
The EUROPIR® brand products are made of rigid PIR foam with exceptional performance. They are distinguished by a unique combination of extraordinary thermal insulation properties and high physical and mechanical parameters. The lack of cladding in EUROPIR® SL panels allows for easy treatment and adjustment of insulation directly on the construction site, while maintaining 100% of their thermal insulation properties.
The use of a microorganism-resistant panel with low water absorption ensures the resistance of the insulation to weather conditions and ensures its effectiveness for many years. Compressive strength and the range of temperatures in which the insulation layer maintains its properties are very important when choosing thermal insulation for a balcony or terrace. EUROPIR® SL panels are made of rigid PIR foam with mechanical strength of at least 15 tons/m2. In addition, PIR foam panels without cladding perform well in a wide temperature range from -120°C to +120°C.
EUROPIR® SL panels are perfect for thermal modernization of existing buildings and thermal insulation of new buildings. When combined with high-quality EUROPIR® panels for insulating ceilings, foundations and flat roofs as well as EUROPIR® KL fittings, the EUROPIR® SL material will ensure effective insulation of any terrace, balcony or roof.
PACKING and TRANSPORT
As a standard, EUROPIR® SL panels are packed in cartons wrapped in heat-shrink film.
The cartons containing EUROPIR® insulation panels should be transported using an appropriate means of transport. They can be delivered by collective transport without pallets or placed on pallets.
