Rokopol® GS484 is a polyether sucrose polyol that is used in the production of rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane (PUR) foam in reaction with isocyanate. It exists in the form of homogeneous, clear liquid from yellow to brown. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It has average viscosity of 10 000 mPas at relatively high functionality f~4.5.

Properties and applications
  • possibility to modify properties of the PUR system owing to application with other polyols,
  • used in closed-cell foams used for insulation in the refrigeration sector and for higher temperatures,
  • dedicated to 2C spray foam systems,
