Rokopol® M1180 is a polyether polyol, a block/statistical copolymer of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide based on glycerine. It exists in the form of liquid free of mechanical impurities, may be opalescent. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It has dynamic viscosity at temp. 25°C within the range of 1250-1550 mPas and hydroxyl value within the range of 31-36 mgKOH/g.

Properties and applications
  • very high purity and low emission,
  • good parameters of density, elasticity, tear resistance and high comfort factor (for the manufactured high resilience (HR) foams),
  • used in combination with polyol Rokopol® F3600 reduces hardness of the standard foam or hyper soft foams,
  • used in furniture and furniture sectors,
  • used for production of: increased quality flexible foams, soft and hyper soft foams and gel foams,
  • used as a cell opener.
