SyncoPol® EB2204 is slightly brached polyester polyol with hydroxyl value in range 53.0- 57.5 mgKOH/g and molecular weight ~2200 g/mol. The product has viscosity in range 22000 – 27000 cPs at 25°C and functionality ~2.7.

SyncoPol® EB2204 is branched polyester polyol, designed for the production of polyurethane foam for C.A.S.E , footwear and flexible foam application.
SyncoPol® EB2204 has a very good widely used as a single and blending polyol.
EB2204 can be used in combination with other polyols, and additives in order to improve foam hardness in footwear application.
Its obtain a good combination of process ability, cost economics and good properties of final product.
Main application advantages of the product SyncoPol® EB2204:
recommended polyol used for foam hardness improvement in footwear application,
it can be used for enhancing flexibility in flexible slabstock foam application,
also improve elongation in C.A.S.E application.
Products made based on SyncoPol® EB2204 have excellent in foam quality. Based on the optimally developed manufacturing process, this polyol is shown very good foam performance in rigid polyurethane foam.
