SyncoPol MB500 is multifunctional polyether mannich base polyol for polyurethane (PUR) rigid foam production in reaction with isocyanate.
This product contains aromatic amine of molecular weight 500 g/mol with medium viscosity in range 8,000 - 12,000 cPs, functionality ~4.0 and clear liquid. It is self-catalytic and high reactivity, resulting to improve formulation economics. SyncoPol MB500 is manufactured by using modern, energy-saving production technology.
SyncoPol MB500 can be used alone or in combination with other polyols, additive and fire retardants, to improve the PUR system properties and at the same time achieve good flame retardancy, various degrees of crosslinking, close cell content, green strength and dimensional stability in rigid foam. It also improves adhesion and reactivity in spray foam.
