Active Play AS H 8013_NV is a one-component polyurethane adhesive in the form of a prepolymer based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). The product is intended for the manufacture of cold- and hot-molded parts from SBR and EPDM rubber granules.

The adhesive has an NCO group content of 14.00–15.5% and a dynamic viscosity at 25°C in the range of 100–250 mPas. At 25°C, it is an amber-colored liquid. The product’s density at 20°C is 1.1–1.2 g/ml.

The adhesive forms a bond with good stiffness while maintaining flexibility. The product contains no volatile organic solvents, making it a suitable solution for industrial and professional applications.
