Active Play AS C II Green-LV2 is a pigmented polyether prepolymer based on MDI isocyanate with high functionality, containing coloring additives. The product is a one-component polyurethane adhesive in the form of a green liquid with a viscosity at 25°C ranging from 2500 to 4000 mPas.

It is a specialized raw material designed for the production of colored elements molded cold or hot from SBR rubber granules obtained through the recycling process.

Thanks to its excellent adhesion and durable bonding, Active Play AS C II Green-LV2 provides strong, flexible, resistant, and aesthetically pleasing joints — ideal for manufacturers of sports surfaces, playgrounds, and outdoor gyms.

Properties and applications

Product properties:

  • the prepolymer can be applied cold or hot,
  • the product forms an elastic, rigid joint,
  • the product does not contain organic solvents,
  • the product is heat-resistant,
  • the product has low viscosity,
  • cost-effective budget solution.

 

Application:

  • colored cold and hot molded parts made of SBR granules,
