Rokolub^® FR T-46 ultra

Fire resistant hydraulic fluids based on organophosphate esters in comparison to available solutions (including those based on mineral and synthetic oils of the PAG and POE type) are characterized by the highest temperature resistance and the best fire resistance. Flash point of this product group goes above 240°C, the combustion temperature above 300°C and the auto-ignition temperature above 500°C. The high fire resistance of aryl phosphate esters is confirmed by excellent test results, such as: Hot Manifold Ignition, Spray Ignition, Wick Flame Persistence. Thanks to these unique properties, it is possible to maintain safety in many emergency situations. Rokolub FR T-46 ultra does not create a fire hazard in such situations as a leak under high pressure near a fire source or contact with a metal surface at a temperature above 700°C. Its undoubted advantage is also the lack of classification of the threat to human health, which guarantees safe use of the product.

Rokolub FR T-46 ultra meets the essential requirements for hydraulic fluids. First of all, it has good lubricating properties, which are confirmed by excellent results in specialist tests. Among other things, it achieves satisfactory parameters in the four-ball test, the Vickers vane pump test and the FZG gear test. Compared to other solutions based on aryl phosphate esters Rokolub FR T-46 ultra has excellent oxidation and hydrolytic stability, which is guaranteed by low water content in the product (less than 0.1% m/m) and low acid value (below 0.1 mgKOH/g).

The product can be used as a hydraulic fluid for control systems in steam turbines as well as a lubricating oil for gas and steam turbines.
