Rokolub® 60-D-68 is a high-quality synthetic PAG (polyalkylene glycol) base oil that is soluble in water. The product is intended for use as a base oil or functional additive in the formulation of high-grade lubricants, including synthetic lubricating oils classified as Group V.
It has an ISO VG 68 viscosity grade, a kinematic viscosity at 40°C in the range of 61-75 cSt, a high viscosity index (VI ~190), a cloud point above 90°C, and a high flash point above 220°C.
Rokolub® 60-D-68 has excellent lubricating properties, effectively reduces wear on friction elements, and provides high resistance to loads and high pressures. The product helps keep machines and equipment clean, leaves no oil deposits, and reduces the formation of carbon deposits compared to mineral oils.
Rokolub® 60-D-68 retains very good low-temperature properties, maintaining its flowability at temperatures below -38°C, which allows for good low-temperature properties. This makes the product multi-seasonal and can be used without temperature restrictions, especially where waterless lubrication systems for machines and mechanical equipment are required.
Reverse solubility at higher temperatures allows the creation of a durable lubricating film on the surface of the machined metal, making the product extremely useful in formulations for heat treatment of metals as a cooling and lubricating fluid.
Main advantages of application of polyol Rokolub® 60-D-68:
very high viscosity index,
very good lubricating properties - reduced material wear and increased resistance to high pressures,
no oil deposits or carbon deposits - keeps machines and equipment clean, leaves no oil deposits,
high flash point and cloud point.
Most popular applications of polyol Rokolub® 60-D-68:
base oil for compressors,
base oil for hydraulic fluids,
base oil or additive for working fluids.
