Promopur Un

PROMOPUR Un is a ready-to-use product after thorough mixing of its two components. The ratio of the two components is strictly defined by the manufacturer. PROMOPUR Un adhesive contains a polyol mixture, which is component A and an isocyanate curing agent (component B). Each of the components is a viscous liquid with different physico-chemical parameters that are essential in the processing of the adhesive. Component A has a straw to yellow colour, while component B - brown. The moisture sensitive component B, induces polymerization of the adhesive without the need for any other external factor.

Universal PROMOPUR Un adhesive is distinguished by decreased emissions of VOC (volatile organic compounds), as it does not contain foaming agents that significantly deplete the ozone layer, which is pursuant to EU Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009 of 16 September 2009.

PROMOPUR Un adhesive is a versatile, two-component polyurethane adhesive. It has a Hygienic Certificate issued by the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH), which confirms that the product used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions does not adversely affect health and the environment. In addition, the versatility, quality and effectiveness of PROMOPUR Un is confirmed by tests and positive evaluation of LABOREx research laboratory. Positive evaluation of PROMOPUR Un adhesive resulted in the approval issued by the Mining Authority for using it in underground mining areas. This is confirmed by OBAC certificate of conformity.

Universal PROMOPUR Un adhesive is intended for use in mining and construction industries. It effectively seals cracked rocks, reinforces dry and wet structures, loose rock and coal seams. The adhesive may also be used for tunneling, sealing and filling cracks and leaks in the reinforcement structures.
