SyncoPol DL2001 is a Polypropylene glycol with hydroxyl value in range 54-58 mgKOH/g and molecular weight ~2,000 g/mol. The product has low viscosity in range 290-340 cPs at 25°C and functionality ~2.0. The low viscosity of SyncoPol DL2001 has good flowability, which is widely used as a blending polyol in rigid and semi-rigid foam formulation.
SyncoPol DL2001 is polyether polyol designed for the production of polyurethane foam for Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers and blends polyol for foam system.
Product can be used in combination with other polyols, and additives in order to improve flexibility of foam and adhesion property. Its obtain a good combination of process ability, cost economics and good properties of final product.
Main application advantages of the product:
recommended polyol for improving flowability and flexibility of foam surface in rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane foams;
it is used as viscosity-reducing additive in formulated polyol;
enhance adhesion property of polyurethane foam.
Products made based on SyncoPol DL2001 have excellent in foam quality. Based on the optimally developed manufacturing process, this polyol is shown very good foam performance in both PUR system.
