Pourable foams are used for filling gaps and losses with just a slight increase in weight.

A pourable foam is created by a reaction of a two-component liquid, which produces a rigid high-strength foam with closed cell structures. To make a pourable foam, the foam must be poured into a prepared mould or gap immediately after mixing the ingredients.

Such a product is very efficient and has a wide application spectrum. Apart from the filling of gaps and losses, pourable foam can be used (after adding an appropriate adhesive agent) for making small components in moulds made of fibre glass, timber or metal. Pourable foams are applied in construction, cold storage, furniture, automotive, shipyard, heating, bee-keeping, decoration and packaging industries. Some of non-standard applications of pourable foams include surfboard manufacturing.
