Active Play AS N Green (Polyurethane adhesive)

Active Play AS N Green is a one-component, green polyurethane adhesive based on high-functionality polymeric MDI (>2.5). The product is a green liquid with a dynamic viscosity at 25°C ranging from 1000 to 3000 mPas and an NCO content of 6.0–7.0%.

Developed specifically for the sports and recreation industry, it is designed for bonding SBR or EPDM granules. When applied by spraying, it gives black granules an attractive green tint while creating a durable and flexible bond.

Properties and applications

Product Properties

  • Easy to use – simple spray application ensures quick and even coverage of the surface.
  • Aesthetic effect – the adhesive colors the granulate from black to green, giving the surface an attractive, uniform appearance.
  • High temperature resistance – suitable for use in the range of 70°C to 150°C.
  • Durable and flexible bond – does not crack, maintains elasticity and resistance to damage.
  • Waterproof and weather-resistant – ideal for outdoor applications.
  • Environmentally friendly – free from volatile organic solvents (VOC).
  • Faster curing – increased humidity and temperature accelerate the cross-linking process, reducing overall curing time.
  • Cost-effective solution – optimal efficiency and low adhesive consumption (0.5–2.0 kg/m²) ensure excellent economic performance.

Product Application

The product is ideal for:

  • bonding SBR or EPDM granules using spray application,
  • molding processes at temperatures between 70°C and 150°C,
  • producing elastic and visually appealing sports surfaces,
  • manufacturing safety mats, recreational paths, and playground surfaces,
  • industrial applications where strong, reliable, and repeatable joints are required,
  • outdoor use, thanks to excellent water and weather resistance,
