EKOPRODUR 3050 W B2 is a two-compound system for production of polyurethane foam on a periodic line (discontinuous). This system is intended for the production of boilers, water heaters as well as tanks on a periodic line. It can be processed both by means of low- and high-pressure foaming machines. PU foam obtained with the use of the aforementioned system is characterized by reduced flammability (B2 class). Recommended density of the foam in a product is 42-50 kg/m3.

The system consists of a polyol part (POLY component) and isocyanate part (ISO component). Each of the components is a viscous liquid and is characterized by different parameters. Component A of a high viscosity is dark, while component B of high density is brown. The recommended weight ratio of both components, while ensuring the maintenance of the parameters is 100:150.Moreover, the system is distinguished by decreased emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC), as it does not contain foaming agents, which significantly deplete the ozone layer – according to the regulations of the European Union (EC) no. 1005/2009 dated 16 September 2009. As a result of combination and thorough mechanical mixing of both compounds, rigid (hard) foam of an closed-cell structure is created. The product has a hygienic certificate issued by PZH.Main application advantages of the product:

Thermal conductivity coefficient (λ): declared initial value is 0.023 W/(m·K)[1]

Flammability class: B2

Closed cells content: ≥ 90%

Operation temperature: -30÷120°C

Ambient temperature: 18÷25°C

Optimal temperature of claddings/forms: 35÷45°C
