EXOstab C100is an auxiliary agent used for the production of rigid polyurethane foams. The product is provided in the form of clear light yellow liquid, with a pour point of around 0°C. The hydroxyl number of the product is 80 mg KOH/g, whereas the functionality is 3.
The product is recommended for systems containing the following ingredients as blowing agents: n-pentane, cyclopentane and water. The product significantly improves the compatibility of polyol and a blowing agent, which has a positive impact on the stability of emulsion over time. The application of EXOstab C100 allows to increase the content of cells encapsulated in PUR foam.
Furthermore, EXOstab C100 is an efficient non-ionic emulsifier used in the production of bituminous mass and polyurethane-cement materials. When applied in such a manner, the product also allows to stabilize the emulsion and equally distribute particular ingredients of the mixture.
The product does not contain any derivatives of silicon. The product does not contain alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEO-free).
