Rokopol® G400 is a high-quality glycerin-based polyether polyol (polyoxyalkylene triol) that comes in the form of a homogeneous, clear liquid. The product contains antioxidants (BHT-free) and is characterized by low sodium and potassium ion content, which translates into high stability and quality of the final products.

Rokopol® G400 is a specialty raw material intended for the production of polyurethane materials, particularly foams and adhesives. With a hydroxyl number in the range of 370–400 mgKOH/g and a dynamic viscosity of 250–400 mPas (at 25°C), it offers excellent processing properties and broad formulation possibilities.

Rokopol® G400 acts as a cross-linking agent, increasing the cross-linking density in the polyurethane structure. This results in improved properties such as stiffness, mechanical strength, and dimensional stability of the final materials.The product exhibits excellent cross-linking properties, making it an ideal component in the production of two-component adhesives and one-component foams (OCF). In OCF foam formulations, it increases the stiffness and viscosity of the prepolymer, positively affecting the performance characteristics of the final product.The low sodium and potassium ion content allows for extended product shelf life, which is particularly important for one-component foams. The product is also used as a component in the production of rigid PUR foams and in the broader CASE industry (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, Elastomers).Main application advantages of Rokopol® G400 polyol:

the ability to produce one-component foams (OCF) with densities ranging from 10 to 30 kg/m³ and hardness ranging from 10 to 45 kPa,

low sodium and potassium ion content extends the shelf life of one-component foams (OCF).

Most common applications of Rokopol® G400 polyol:

single-component (OCF) winter and all-season installation foams for windows, doors, penetrations, and rings,

foam adhesives for expanded polystyrene boards and window sills,
