Rokopol® M5020 is a polyether polyol produced in the KOH technology. It exists in the form of homogeneous, clear liquid. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It has hydroxyl value within the range of 33-38 mgKOH/g, and dynamic viscosity within the range of 700-1000 mPas at temp. 25°C

Rokopol® M5020 is used for production of high resilience (HR) flexible polyurethane foams using the continuous system (slabstock), for periodic production (batch) and moulded foams. Using polyol M5020, reactive polymeric polyols and properly selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents), blocks of high resilience (HR) flexible foam with rectangular cross-section and height up to 100 cm can be produced.Main advantages of application of Rokopol® M5020:

possibility to manufacture foams of density within the range 25-80 kg/m3, hardness within the range 2-5 kPa, and elasticity up to 55%,

tear resistance of the foam is above 60kPa and relative elongation at rupture up to 80%,

used with reactive polymeric polyols in order to optimize mechanical properties of a foam block, such as: increasing foam hardness, removing the block trapezoid effect and increasing block height,

high comfort factor, above 2.6.
