The potential and participation of the Auto Care industry in the global economy is best demonstrated by numbers – the global value of the entire market exceeds USD 4 billion, and the largest sales markets, such as the USA, European Union countries and rapidly growing Asian market are generating ever higher revenues every year.. The main factor that determines the increasing importance of the Auto Care industry is, of course, the increase in the number of vehicles sold. A car has long ceased to be a luxury product, becoming the standard equipment of almost every household. Very often, members of one household own a few vehicles, greatly increasing market demand for professional cleaning and care products available on store shelves, in car washes, or in car-detailing salons.

At the same time, it is clear that the Auto Care industry is a market characterized by high seasonality. The demand for car cleaning products increases with the onset of spring and lasts until the end of autumn. A very important period for companies operating in the automotive detergents is also the turn of November and December, when many drivers decide to carry out maintenance and care to prepare the vehicle for the winter season. On the other hand, winter and spring are the time in which many car owners most often use automatic car washes, in which preparations supplied by car detergents manufacturers are also widely used.

High-quality preparations for car washes – own production

PCC Group, as a manufacturer of automotive detergents with many years of experience, offers a wide range of products and surfactants based on specialised agents such as ROKAnol® (non-ionic surfactants from the group of ethoxylated fatty alcohols) and ROKAmin (formulations from the group of ethoxylated fatty amines).  Individual substances have very good degreasing properties, acid resistance and high disinfection efficiency, making them extremely desirable in the production of detergents. Moreover, the substances offered by PCC are fully biodegradable, enabling the producers of chemical agents for car washes to offer environmentally friendly products.

Our surfactants are produced in our own laboratories, where we use modern and constantly developed production facilities. Our technology department ensures continuous improvement of products included in the portfolio of PCC Group. The production is based on applicable standards of quality, occupational health and safety and good environmental protection practices.

A wide range of products for various purposes

By composing the car detergents offer for the Auto Care industry, the PCC Group comprehensively responds to the needs of entities offering vehicle washing and care services. Professional detergents for car washes – components for foams, shampoos and conditioning agents

The use of high-quality cleaning and care agents increases more than the visual value of the vehicle. Only dedicated automotive detergents ensure a proven and at the same time the only way to safe car care. Using low-cost replacements, dishwashing liquids, floor cleaners or detergents with unsuitable composition is the shortest way to damage the car body and increase its susceptibility to corrosion. Therefore, products used in car washes and car detailing services are based on surfactants, which are active substances with specific properties. A wide range of products offered in ROKAnol®, ROKAmin and other series enable producers to compose chemical formulations with high performance, providing fast, efficient and completely safe car cleaning and care.

Properties of raw materials used in the production of chemical agents for automotive industry make them useful for external and internal disinfection of vehicles. Technologically advanced concentrates, such as ROKAmin® SRS or ROKAmin SR 8, due to their anti-corrosive and detergent nature, are extremely efficient and safe when used as a component of cleaning foams. They may be also used for the production of car shampoos or ready-made cleaning agents for car bodies, car windows, upholstery or plastic elements.

Surfactants for Auto Care industry

Highly concentrated surfactants from the group of ethoxylated amines and fatty alcohols are used in automatic, manual and self-service car washes. The combination of high detergent efficiency with the resistance to acids, hard water and oxidizing agents makes our versatile detergents for car washes very popular in the production of many various cleaning and care agents.
