Rokopol® D4030 is a specialized reactive diol used for production of 1C and 2C adhesives, sealants and elastomers, as well as other polyurethane materials in reaction with isocyanate. It exists in the form free of impurities, may be opalescent. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It retains dynamic viscosity within the range of 700-1200 mPas at temp. 25°C, with high functionality f~2 and hydroxyl value within the range of 26-30 mgKOH/g.

Rokopol® DE4030 is used as a component of joints, sealants, rigid foams PUR, one-component foams (OCF), and printing inks. High molecular weight (4000 g/mol) ensures big freedom in designing solid polyurethane systems of various hardness, from flexible materials (Shora A) to hard ones (Shora D). It is a reactive diol. Low content of water and sodium and potassium ions has positive effect on stability of prepolymers produced using this product. No acidification increases its application capabilities. Main advantages of application of Rokopol® DE4030:
