Rokopol® FS3625 is a dispersion of the styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer in the alkoxylated triol, where the copolymer content is 25%. It is a polyol which exists in the form of white, nontransparent liquid. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It has hydroxyl value within the range of 34-38 mgKOH/g and dynamic viscosity within the range of 1300-1800 mPas at temp. 25°C.

Rokopol® FS3625 is used for production of flexible polyurethane foams using the continuous system (slabstock) or for periodic production (batch). Applied together with appropriately selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents) it is used to produce blocks of hardened flexible foam with rectangular cross-section and height up to 130 cm. Main advantages of application of Rokopol® FS3625:

possibility to manufacture foams of density within the range 16-80 kg/m3, hardness within the range 3-10kPa, and elasticity up to 35%,

tear resistance of the foam is above 50kPa and relative elongation at rupture above 50%,

when used together with reactive polymeric polyols, it changes properties of the foam (e.g. increases or decreases foam hardness).
