Rokopol® FS3610 is a dispersion of the styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer in alkoxylated triol, in the form of white, opaque liquid, where the copolymer content is 10%. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It has hydroxyl value within the range of 40-45 mgKOH/g and dynamic viscosity within the range of 650-900 mPas at temp. 25°C.

Rokopol® FS3610 is used for production of flexible polyurethane foams using the continuous system (slabstock) or for periodic production (batch). Using the polyol and properly selected additives (catalysts, silicones, foaming agents), blocks of flexible foam with rectangular cross-section and height up to 130 cm can be produced. Main advantages of application of Rokopol FS3610:

possibility to manufacture foams of density within the range 16-80 kg/m3, hardness within the range 2.5-7kPa, and elasticity up to 40%,

tear resistance of the foam is above 60kPa and relative elongation at rupture above 50%,

when used together with reactive polymeric polyol, it impacts properties of the obtained foam, e.g. increase or decrease of foam hardness.
