Rokopol® RF151 is a propoxylated Mannich base, reactive multifunctional polyether aromatic polyol designated for polyurethane (PUR) rigid and semi-rigid foam production in reaction with isocyanate. It exists in the form of orange to brown colour, without antioxidants. It has high viscosity at temp. 25°C within the range of 15,000-30,000 mPas, with high functionality f~5 and hydroxyl value within the range of 440-460 mgKOH/g.

Rokopol® RF151 is dedicated to production of polyurethane PUR systems with higher viscosity and very good mechanical properties of the rigid (PUR) foam. It is recommended in particular for spray application of closed-cell rigid PUR foam of low lambda value, relatively low density and good adhesion to polyurethane foam and other surfaces, including metal and wood. Mannich polyols demonstrate very high miscibility with typical polyols for application of rigid (PUR) foam, i.e. sorbitol, sucrose and with most polyester polyols. This ensures big freedom in designing new polyurethane systems of rigid (PUR) foam. Main advantages of application of Rokopol® RF151:
