Rokopol® D450 (Polyether polyol)

Rokopol® D450 is a diol, propoxylated propylene glycol. It exists in the form of homogeneous, clear liquid. It contains antioxidants (excluding BHT). It retains dynamic viscosity within the range of 60-80 mPas at temp. 25°C, functionality f~2 and hydroxyl value within the range of 230-270 mgKOH/g

Rokopol® D450 is used for production of prepolymers. Main advantages of application of Rokopol® D450:

low content of sodium and potassium ions,

high stability of manufactured prepolymers,

used as viscosity-reducing additive in PUR and PIR,

ensures good fluidity of elastomer systems and rigid foam (PUR).

Most popular applications of Rokopol® D450:

adhesives, elastomers and two-component sealants with different hardness and high hydrolytic resistance,

hydraulic fluids,

rigid foams (PUR) and one-component foams (OCF).
